Returns period

We offer a 15-day returns period beginning on the date the goods are delivered. This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for return, an item must normally be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@pawmylife.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed. We will provide the applicable return instructions after reviewing the request.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order, contact us promptly.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return costs and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Items made to order, clearly personalised, used, worn, washed or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

UK and EEA cancellation rights

Customers may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

Where this right applies, it operates independently of our 15-day commercial returns period. Exceptions may apply, including to clearly personalised goods.

Customers are normally responsible for return postage when informed of that cost in advance, unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We aim to process an approved refund within 5–10 business days, although the bank or payment provider may require additional time.
