Shipping destinations

Paw My Life currently ships to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, Canada, the United States and Australia. Available destinations may change and are confirmed at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods or other high-volume periods.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Japan: approximately 10 business days.

• United States, Canada and Australia: approximately 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

• Orders of £69.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

• Orders below £69.90 are charged £5 for standard shipping.

The applicable charge and currency are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When an order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing the tracking number where tracking is available. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries

Please contact info@pawmylife.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Address changes and delivery problems

Contact us as soon as possible if a delivery address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged where permitted by law.
