These Terms govern use of pawmylife.com and purchases from Paw My Life.

The store is operated by FURUXE LTD, company number 17370562, registered at 17 King Edwards Road, 2nd Floor, Ruislip, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or use the store with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary because of screen settings and natural variations in stones and materials.

Fixed Gemstone Collars have decorative elements integrated into the collar. Magnetic Collar Sets contain the items stated on the relevant product page.

Product availability may change without notice.

Prices and payment

Prices and the applicable currency are shown on the store and confirmed at checkout.

Delivery charges, taxes, duties or import charges are shown or described where applicable. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment because of:

• stock issues;

• payment or fraud concerns;

• pricing or description errors;

• delivery restrictions; or

• suspected misuse.

If payment has been taken for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

10% OFF + Mystery Necklace welcome offer

The welcome offer is available to eligible new Paw My Life email subscribers.

The 10% discount applies to the subscriber’s first eligible order. One Mystery Necklace is included with each qualifying order while promotional supplies last.

The Mystery Necklace element of the offer ends automatically when promotional stock is exhausted.

The offer is limited to one per customer. It cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another discount unless checkout expressly allows it.

We may refuse or cancel use arising from an error, misuse or fraud. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the store unlawfully;

• interfere with the store’s operation or security;

• introduce malicious code;

• scrape or commercially exploit content without permission;

• impersonate another person;

• submit false information; or

• use the store to infringe another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

The store’s branding, text, photographs, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to FURUXE LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No commercial reuse is permitted without written permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide the store and checkout.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may update the store and these Terms.

Material changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively remove rights under an accepted order.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially breached or the store is misused.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Consumers may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable law.
